If you got a "New Phone" and are having subscription issue this may help. The important take away is if you had an Android subscription and got a new Apple phone, you need a new subscription. This is also true in the reverse.
You can have the app on as many devices with one subscription 'Within' operating system. Google Play tracks the Android subscription and iTunes/Apple tracks the iOS subscription. In the example you have you need two subscriptions (or cancel one). The iOS and Android apps are completely separate and are written in different programing languages.
