MyIdTravel blank white page or island and clouds or some other error
My best advice curretly is to return the main ezccs screen and keep trying 🤷🏽♂️. You might be able to list not using ezccs but as far as I can tell, there is no differnce between using ezccs and not using it. It's very random.
There will be times when the myIdTravel.com - Logged In, myIdTravel.com - Commuter Listing and Offline Jumpseat Listing (+) web pages will not load or will be slow to load. Usually this presents itself as a blank white page or a partial page or cliet error.
Those sites are managed by Lufthansa and can go go for months working just fine and then not load properly for days at a time. I know of nothing you can do to alleviate the issue. I recommend you try at a later time or try once function over the other. Given the sites unreliability, I recommend you list sooner rather than later and not wait until the last minute.
If you do want to report this issue to me, that is fine but know there is nothing to be done about it.
