Some pages you access may require frequent DUO push authentications. I asked United IT and they said this is hte intended behavior. When a device or app is restarted, a DUO push will be required for some pages. This is not an ezccs issue.
So far I have been able to work around the Duo push for every page except the Fox Schedule system used by evaluators AND the new Pay Register.
