If you see the something that contains the image below this is not an ezccs issue and can happen just using a web browser. If you turn off your wifi and or try later it may fix the issue, it seems to be network related.
There is always a reboot of your device. This is something that any smart phone user should be familiar with. The gist of it is you close all apps then reboot the device. The procedure varies among device. For iOS you double touch the home button then swipe to close all apps the hold done the power button and reboot. For Android, Google it.
There is one more thing that can help fix a device and that is “clearing the browser cache”. You can Google that as well.
