In 2009 I was asked to help redesign the UAL CrewNet.  The team came up with a concept that you can install on your windows computer.  I don't know if the project will ever be completed but you can see where we were going with it.  The Portal combined your schedule with open flying.  You could also hover over the ID and view the pilots name.  UAL email, weather, door codes and POSBD's are also displayed on the same screen.  This upgrade would have greatly reduced the time spent gathering unimatic data.
