Apple manages the subscriptions. I have no information regarding your personal subscription information ( to be more clear, I know nothing about any user other than what you may tell me in an email or in person).

Understands the word 'Cancel' means your subscription will not renew but will continue until its expire date. Below is a screenshot from a canceled subscription. As I write this the date is Oct 26, 2020. In one example below the subscription is canceled but the apps subscription will run until Nov 11, 2020. In the other example the it runs until Nov 19.
