If you are missing crew images in ezccs then most likely your Flying Together password is expiring soon.  That blocks getting crew images.  Update your Flying Together password outside of ezccs.  Once you have done that, enter your new United/Global password into the ezccs Passwords/Options screen.  It goes just below your uID.

You may have to touch Crew Look up from the ezccs main screen then touch Delete ALL.  I think that the expiring passwords blocking the login corrupts something in the app that requiring the purging of old images .
