CCS Passwords

I apologize in advance if what I write below sets your amygdala on fire.  It is an act of desperation on my part to fully get your attention and have you read and follow the instructions below.  

What I write below is 100% correct. You need two passwords for a fully functioning CCS session.  There are a few special cases where a user may not have a CCS password or for whatever reason your CCS password is not valid.  In those cases you can enter the word "no" (no quotes) as a CCS password on the ezccs Passwords/Options screen.  If you do this, Master Schedule, Reserve functions, some Trading functions, Pay functions and possibly more will not be accessible during your CCS session.

CSS requires two passwords to fully function.
Ezccs requires two passwords to fully function.

If you can't manually log in and see your Master Schedule then neither can ezccs.

IF YOU CAN'T PULL UP YOUR MASTER SCHEDULE IN YOUR OWN WEB BROWSER THEN I CAN'T HELP YOU.

Do NOT email me without a copy of you Master Schedule. 
NOT using ezccs go to ccs.ual.com and pull up your Master Schedule.
Use those passwords (Global and CCS) in ezccs and you should be all set.
